Guided Badger Survey (North)

, Start Time: 10:00, End Time: 16:00

Interested in learning more about Badgers after the Badgers for Beginners workshop?

These two guided badger survey days are an opportunity for those who attended the Badgers for Beginners workshop to practice survey skills with an experienced surveyor.

North of the Forth within IFLI area, Wednesday 5th April 2017, 10am-4pm

South of the Forth within IFLI project area, Saturday 8th April 2017, 10am-4pm

The survey sites covered on the day, and meeting location will be shared with participants in advance. Each survey day will begin with the issue of maps and recording forms, plans for the day, Health & Safety briefing and a quick recap of field signs and survey methodology. We will then conduct a systematic survey of the chosen site, recording our findings on maps and recording forms.
