COVID-19 update

Posted on

In light of the current situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak and associated restrictions, we made the decision on Friday 20th March to cancel all public events and face-to-face meetings during March, April and May 2020.

Our team will be in touch directly if you were due to be involved in our surveys, training, talks or events.

We'd like to support everyone as much as we can during these challenging times. As such, we've set up a Facebook Group 'Let's Notice Nature' - our free online initiative for environmental education and nature connection. Suitable for parents/ carers who are homeschooling, plus those hoping to access nature for wellbeing (indoor, garden & 'daily exercise' options). We'll be posting the first topic and challenges on Monday 30th March and it will run for at least nine weeks, until the end of May. Please join if you think you could benefit and please share to help promote this resource. We think it's needed now more than ever. You can join here.

Scottish Badger Week will also be going online! Watch this space for more details on Virtual Badger Week, running from Saturday 9th - Sunday 17th May 2020.

Thank you for your continued support,

From all at Scottish Badgers
