Scottish Environment Act Consultation

The Scottish Goverment are currently running a Consultation on Environmental Principles and Governance in Scotland, which aims to look at effective environmental governance in the wake of leaving the European Union.

As per the ScotGov website, it seeks out views on:

  • Maintaining the role of environmental principles in developing future Scottish environmental policy and legislation;  and
  • Maintaining effective, appropriate and proportionate environmental governance in Scotland.
